Is It Necessary For Me To Be At Home During The Cleaning?

No, you don’t need to be home during your cleaning. In fact, many of our customers prefer to have their cleaning done while they are out. All we require is that you provide clear instructions on how to access your home, whether it’s through a key, security code, or another method, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply. If you’re on vacation or feeling unwell, we can easily reschedule your cleaning for the next available date or pause the service until your next regular appointment.
