We will assign the same cleaner for each of your visits. If your regular cleaner is unavailable due to vacation or illness, we’ll arrange for another team member to cover the cleaning for that visit.

No, you don’t need to be home during your cleaning. In fact, many of our customers prefer to have their cleaning done while they are out. All we require is that you provide clear instructions on how to access your home, whether it’s through a key, security code, or another method, and we’ll take care of the rest.

No, we do not require a contract. Our services are offered on a month-to-month basis. However, if you book recurring services at a discounted rate and decide to cancel after the first cleaning, the full price for a one-time service will apply.
